How to Use Yahoo Answers as a source of Web Traffic?

How do you guys use Yahoo Answers effectively to get web traffic towards your website?

 

I'm interested in learning more about this too w/o answers being too spammy.

 

Create a keyword rich question from one account, answer it with different key words with a more reliable account ( level 2 plus) , log in to the first account and vote your 2nd account as the best answer. Thats what I do !!

 

I want to learn about it.

 

I think it's not as good as google.

 

its gonna be tuff but It aint gnna be as good as google....for the same amount of effort you'll be in more profit if you use google. Anyway, there are a couple of 'tricks' to use the yahoo answers for web traffic, one of them is what 'the dopant' has posted above. Good Luck.

 

Yahoo! Answers is great for traffic to your website. Even though the backlinks are nofollowed, they're relevant. Do not see this as spam, or advertising... but I offer a service where I answer questions related to the contents of your website. Without cheating.

Cheating only gets you banned, and when you get banned - all links will be removed.

 

What do you mean Google? Do they have a Google answers?

 

Google used to have a service called "Google Questions" - but Yahoo! Answers became much bigger... so Google gave up. Today, you can't ask any questions. You can just see earlier questions.

 

Simply post answers with your site link in the related niche questions.

It will get you ban because Its against their GUIDELINEs to post links of ur site/advertise ur site

 

So can you post links of your website within answers?

 

I advertise my link on Yahoo! and I eventually became a "Top Contributor" and reached Level 7. The key is simply to search up for questions where people ask something that your site relates to. Give them an appropriate, not spammy, answer and vote yourself best answer later on if the asker doesn't choose.

 

Good call will look into implementing a similar method.

 

Just answer the questions listed their and insert your site link as your source of your answer.

hey , i am using yahoo answers since last many years and gets 40%of total traffic from yahoo answers, to use yahoo answers simply go for questions and answers them and leave a link in source box.

 

some yahoo answer very nice and some are not good so need to find main source for traffic.

 

Wow 40% that is quite significant I guess it really does work.
