how to use wordpress theme

Ive installed a wordpress theme and need some help understanding how to get it to work properly

If you can help me i can either give you a link on the site youve helped me on or alternatively i can give you a sitewide link on a finance site with PR2

login to your cpanel nd upload the template folder in
public_html/wp-content/themes folder

then login to your WP account
go to presentation tab and activate your new template

Hi lalitnagrath, thanks for your help but i did get a little further than that. Its just understanding the php in the presentation tab but im slowly getting there wth most of it there may be the odd thing i need help with later but i think ive got most of it sorted now.
