The benefits is just LINK, and you may be receive traffic. But keep in mind that link which submitted to wiki sites will strictly reviewed by humans and if found promotional then they will delete your link. So don't try to do that.
In wikis sites you use a link submit in that wikis format and also you create a page with add your website links so that is the best process..
Don't submit your promotional website link to wiki site, but you can use this for article purpose. Create a article for users, provider information to users to learn better your services.
