How to use Tweet & Stumble option using images instead of their default buttons?

    Hi,

    Please see this img - http://i.imgur.com/LgTnM.gif (taken from a blog).

    They are using only Facebook LIKE button but for Twitter & Stumbleupon they are not using the default codes given by these sites but they are using custom images and they linked those images to vote on Twitter and Stumbleupon.

    Can anyone please tell me what lines of code to use if I also want to use images for Twitter & Stumbleupon?

    I hope you understand my point?
