Parking it is pointless because that name won't get any type-in traffic. Selling it is going to be hard unless you can convince the person who owns the .com that it would be in their best interest. You should probably just develop it - put a blog on there with some references to places you can create different apps at online. Get adsense in there and then start to promote it. With some content and some traffic you could be making some revenue off it and then you could sell it on this forum if you wanted to get rid of it..
