So I read someone said he bought US traffic to increase the number of views for his adf.ly links. He said he bought 10,000traffic for $5 so since adf.ly rates is $4 per 1000clicks he'll get $20. So it's a worthwhile investment for someone like me. What I want to know is how does it work?
