Always take the results which a pinch of salt as they include affiliate networks of Google and make sure you choose exact match or phrase match for more accurate figures!
Already a good number of links displayed in this thread. I just want to mention that while using Adwords, one must take care to use "Exact" results rather than "Broad" results. Cause, you know, its always better to have an exact figure rather than an estimated one.
