How to use the adwords vouchers ?

    I found in this vouchers forum that they sell adwords vouchers, for example $25 voucher for $1 and $50 vouchers for $5 ...

    But I'm new to this, and I want to be sure this will work before I buy something.

    So How to apply the vouchers ? I don't find in my adwords account where to put the voucher code ? Is it a code? Link ?

    Is there any restriction ? Like I can't use if I'm in Tunisia ? And what about new & old adwords account, can I use it with an old adword account? Or should I create a new ?

    Can I use many vouchers ?

    Please help me :)

    its in billing preference in adwords account
