How to use technorati to generate the web traffic to my site?

    could any one please tell me about the use of technorati. Is it a effective website to generate the visitor/web traffic to a site if yes, then how to use it.

    Grob.... that's fine in theory, but i've got a blog listed on technorati and actually ranked fairly well by them. i add new content 5 days a week, and still i get virtually no traffic from that site.
