How to use Squidoo wysiwyg editor missing

I tried using Squidoo, but I fail at formatting how do I format the content on squidoo like this lens

is this a predefined html content made in dreamweaver then copied in squidoo

 

There are only a select few html tags allowed in Squidoo lenses. No javascript and only inline CSS.

There is no wysiwyg editor that is specific to Squidoo.
