    You download it, there will be a help file inside it, readme.txt - install.txt or ...

    As it's description you upload the package on your host and follow on details..

    plase check the .sql file you recieved with the downloaded copy.. that will be the database dump.. create your database, and find out the file where connection information resides, update the database connection information like database name, username and password, upload the script, hopefully it will work.. if there is something special to do, then script should come up with instructions to set it up..
