affiliate links wont work with google. I get more than 40% of traffic from reddit. I was in reddit for more than 7 years. Rules ahave changed drastically.

In simple words if you are trying to market your website you will be banned very soon. Rather if you contribute to the community and help or post content of what users want or like to read you will get tonnes of traffic.

According to the rule you 1/10 submissions you contribute can come from your website.

It didn’t take long for me to see the effectiveness of using the site to get traffic. Reddit can be a powerful source of traffic generation. You can use it to grow your following and drive traffic from it as well. Still, their privacy policies and terms of use are very strict and you have to find subreddits relevant to your content first. You need to make efforts to become a legitimate member of a subreddit.

You can never go wrong with Reddit, I wouldn't go all in on it though. We have a reddit upvote Skype group that drives us all some good traffic.

I think the site have strong rules and regulation than others. So be careful about posting. As well as carry quality that works well.

you can also use the sponsored posts/ads in reddit, and choose related subreddits for them
As an official user, simply participate in more topics, not only about your brand to build users confidence in you

Yes, Reddit is an amazing source of traffic generation, and you can use it to grow your following.
But there are also a lot of good forums and websites for the same purpose, for example, Quora and other.

Amazing topic. Everyone should note that rules for platforms like reddit keep changing from time to time. Generally, no site likes or condones any form of spammy behaviour.
