How to use plugins in CMS?

    Plugins do exactly what the name implies. They are pieces of code that you plug in to your website to provide some functionality that isn't part of the core CMS you're using. For example, if you want a rotating banner ad, WordPress doesn't come with that built in, but there's a couple plugins that will let you add that.

    Well, firstly you have to upload plugin to your cms than you can use them...as you asking how to use plugin in cms it is very easy to use. as magicinthedesert told you before that plugin are pieces of code and once you upload plugin then you can use them.
