How to use Paypal balance in India

    I want to shop online, but cannot without a credit card. If I add a credit card, will I be able to use the paypal balance in dollars ?

    Nope. You can only withdraw your paypal balance. If you want to shop then you need to use credit card for that (pay using your credit card only).

    Yes but unverified account having some kind of withdrawal limit as far as i know. Try it out yourself.

    if add cc ,you can shop online ,but you cant able to use paypal funds , but they charge ur cc
