How to use keywords?

    which is wise way for SEO put keywords on webpage?

    The 2nd choice is better, but really neither choice is very good. To rank well for those phrases you will likely want to use a separate page to target each city/location. For California one page could target travel california, california travel guide, travel to california, etc. That way each page is tightly themed around that specific city. If you could get that page to rank well, it will convert much better than your homepage. It is important to have your target keywords near the beginning of your page title. If you are targeting 4 locations with one title, only some of those will be near the beginning of the title. It would also be tough to fit all those keywords into other prime page locations...headers, alt text, regular text, meta description, etc.

    second one is better because you can use it spontaneously than the before.

    Try using a keyword tool. Input the keywords as you've listed them. Reverse the order of the words. See the universal search and the adwords results. This should help you narrow your focus.
