how to use keywords with blogger?

I've been working on my site, trying to get my rankings down (and pr up!) but can't seem to figure out the keywords. I've tried using keyword tools, and they tell me to put h1 tags, but when I try, it doesn't work. I'm on blogger, which makes it more difficult.

Is there anyone that knows blogger and can help me figure out how to do this?

I'm a bit confused with it all...my page has been up for a month & a half, and has gone down in alexa rank from 3.8 to 1m in that time...but there is someone who's page has been up about a week, and went from 7mil to 49,000... I looked at her rank, and she had 50,000 visitors in a weeks time...the only thing that I'm missing is my keywords. (her site has nothing special...)

    Thanks!!

It is not possible to say anything without having keywords of your and your site competitors.

I think I confused you... I'm not trying to compare mine to her's, I DON'T have any keywords on my site, and I believe that's part of why her site has done so well (assuming she has keywords)

What I'm requesting, is someone help me figure out how to PUT keywords into the html of my site. I use blogger, so the tags that one would normally have (body) aren't there...
I've tried sites that help make keywords, and then prepare the h1 tag for you, but it won't 'verify' when I try it.

I don't understand what you need help with. The main place you need to put your keywords is in the post title, permalink, and a few times in the blog post body.

Kindly share your site here so I can give you some suggestions. I'm using Blogger from almost 3 years.
