generally you would want the AdSense to reflect what your sites about anyway, if you have a website about shoes your not going to want the AdSense showing up with houses forsale, i mean if someone comes to your site about something generally they are interested in that subject and not something non related
If you think it is going to be of benefit then you can write some content surrounding high paying keywords and then use section targeting to highlight this part of the content to Google.
find out what users are looking for concerning oracle and then create content to answer their searches, that way you'll have more traffic and you'll make more money
I think your first concern should not be money, but building a website or blog which has quality. Than for choosing keywords I have heard about a program of google adword that shows the amount of money paid for special keywords. Better Google it to find more info.
yea focus on the content of your site not the keywords, if you deliberately use keywords in your content it will start to look out of place and distract your visitors, and without the visitors there is no point in the ads
