How to use keywords properly

Well guys i was wondering how to use keywords properly in an article to benefit from it. I have heard that excessive keyword stuffing often leads to low earning. I am getting a good traffic on my site but ads are not that high paying so i thought of targeting keywords.

Pls help me out and your suggestions are most welcome.

Yea, you better try to filter damn MFA sites.

 

Insert the keyword smartly in the Articles..
Insert the keywords in your meta tags..

And hope for the best

there is only one think you can do to increase your earning.

it's blocking the mfa sites

i have not tryed keywords as yet..........but would try them because i m getting very low paying ads!
