You can use as many related keywords within your content. You have mentioned social media marketing as your primary keyword. Your secondary keywords can be terms closely related to your primary keyword like social media marketing strategies, social media marketing tools or social media marketing tips. As far for the content, just make sure it is developed for readers and not search engine. Be consistent with the number of blog post you publish on your website. The recent rumor is highly indicating that consistency might be a ranking factor for Google to position websites for the desired keywords.

There is no count to use a keyword use should use different keywords in your posts and check the presence of the keyword on search engine if you feel it need more optimization than use this more other wise focus on the other keyword use this as second preference.

The locations you have mentioned are the correct areas to include the keyword. Title and H1 being the two most important of them all(you want to use all locations though). You no longer have to repeat the use of the keyword that often especially if you've done correct On-page SEO like you're describing. After including the keyword in the locations you mentioned, you only need to include the keyword once or twice in the article body. Just make the keywords blend in naturally.

Then you want to include LSI keywords so you rank for more terms than just the main keyword.
You can find these using Google, with their auto suggest feature on search. See attachment of screen shot.

Keywords have been severely devalued in the last few years. Just make sure that you keep it under the 5% range so that you don't get flagged for keyword spamming.

There's more to using keywords than just in the article body and 5% would be way too high and considered keyword stuffing.

Keyword should have high search volume and low competition. Keyword density must be followed to place keywords in your content it should not be stuffed.

Don't focus on keywords. It no longer a good strategy. Just try your best to offer great experience for the user. if your article is resourceful, unique and useful, traffic will follow.

Of course there is. Like I said earlier, keywords don't have as much power as they used to. Between 2 and 4% is the sweet spot, but I doubt 5% would get penalized.

There is no max amount of keywords that you can use but it is not suggested to use an overwhelming amount because then you will be penalized for keyword spamming, it definitely isn't the strongest strategy anymore but it does still help in the seo world.

How many times denotes 'keyword density' and here's no such general theory on % of keyword you use on 5000 word. What you can do is to use the keyword sensibly in your contents or blogs and make these things interesting, readable to your readers. But yes, don't overuse it.

From SEO point of view , you have used the keyword in proper places and going in right direction.

Keyword usage is depends upon your content and its word count. It is best if you use less keywords in an article. Like for 500-word content use 2-time keyword.

Keep your keywords between 2-5% of the total word count. What you can do is use related terms or phrases relevant to the content.
