How to use javascript and iframes in wordpress?

I tried sometimes to use javascript or iframes in wordpress,but all that I get is a blank section,in sidebar or page the result is the same. Anyone know how can I do it,using plugins or simply adding codes?

I have also tried the same buddy. But I have failed. I think they are not supporting. I have tried the same in blog-spot and I have created. You can also tried blog-spot.

For adding Javascripts you can use the html-javascript-adder plugin.

For iFrame you can use the Embed Iframe plugin.

 

That html plugin didnt worked.I followed that instructions,but all I got was a blank widget. Do you know how can I fix it?
