    try bans... build a niche store in a few minutes, that way you only need to insert your link and you are good to go

    i think that the hard part is the promotion

    There's a great tool on the EPN dashboard called link builder. Essentially what it does is allow you to create your own text link with your own wording that will link to a keyword search that you create. So if you have a site that's selling Fender Guitars, you can create your own text link that says "Check out our Fender Guitars on Ebay" and it will link to all of the fender guitar auctions on ebay. If someone bids and wins one, you get paid.
