    I don't really use traffic exchanges, I hear the traffic isn't too good.... :)

    Theres nothing to it. All you do is click on a image captcha and the iframe continues to another page. Depending on your surf ratio, you earn 1/1 or 1/2
    Then you take those earned credits, assigned them to a site that you added and wala!

    Its just like any other traffic exchange.... EasyHits4U just happens to be one of the better ones. IMO

    they have close to 600,000 registered users since 2003, which is the biggest user base of all other exchanges

    Don't rely on these cheap tactics to get traffic. Do something good and genuine.
