Have you noticed that many banks are now using a touch screen, but the buttons not on the screen have braille on them? How does that work? And if its a drive up, why have braille? Can people who are blind and need braille drive?
You will also notice a little outlet for headphones. That is to assist blind people. As for them also being in drive up stations, I'm sure that's just because they don't make separate models. And I think most of the touch screens also let you use the keypad.
Thats cool, I never noticed the headphones...however, Wachovia doesn't allow the keypad...the new ones here in SC don't have one...just a touch screen...its a little insensitive I think..
