Hi, just a quick one, everytime I try to sell a Clickbank product, using Adwords I end up spending far more in Adwords than I get in sales...when i started out I didnt even use a squeeze page - I do now! Can anyone offer me advice?? I tried alsorts of split testing to the end I get soooo frustrated!
pick the right product. promote something that you would buy. People wont buy a product when 1. You think its dumb and still try to sell it or 2. You are so dumb that you think the book is brilliant and that everyone would buy it. so it depends. By the way, I would like to know, how you include clickbank links in adwords these days after the "Display URL should match the page url" thing? sorry to bump up an old thread.
There is lots of info on this already but here are a few tips Come up with lots of keywords, test several ads, test different landing pages, test everything, then slowly weed out what doesn't work
> how you include clickbank links in adwords these days after the "Display URL should match the page url" thing? If the final landing page domain name that appears in the browser says: www.awonderfulproduct.com that's the display URL you must use.
First if you are using google adwords to promote clickbank products then you need to find what keywords the searcher might use to find this product. Or find keywords that are related to your product that yo are promoting. After finding all keywords advertise or bid on all these keywords.
Be careful not to get banned from adwords for promoting Clickbank products. They will ban you very fast if you are not careful. They banned my account with no warning, for and ad on a farmville guide.
Does that work for CJ links too - where there's multiple tracking redirects? I keep getting an error that the URL can't be found.
Where you end up should be where Adwords ends up. There are no problems with CJ redirected, as long as the end site and display URL match. Regarding ClickBank - don't waste your time trying Adwords, even experts have given up. They'll shut you down even if it isn't in their guidelines.
