How to upload the files????

    Hi
    I need to send files to the PayPal to show them as a proof. These files contains my conversation with the buyer and is very crucial for my case. I have emailed PayPal also asking for a help but with no luck.:(

    Please advice how can I do that??

    You can upload your files through their upload option (try to contact us through email contact for that).

    If you have already opened up a case with them then this is what you do.

    1) go to you paypal homepage
    2) click where it says claims
    3) go to where it says file and other information

    there you will find an upload button where you can upload pictures and other things

    Why not attach the file to your email compose and send to paypal's email address. That will be a little bit easier.

    Just dont forget to quote your claims number if there is anything like that.
