This is very peculiar, if you are using a site hosting account surely there will be some option to upload like ftp or folder upload option or file manager option, which can be used to upload sitemap which is a single file, you can use any sitemap generator for creating it

Which sitemap? .XML or .HTML? Either of the two you usually upload them by logging in to your domain account then upload them to the root directory of your site. You can use a FTP client for this.

    Hi suryaworldedu,

If your website host via Wordpress then redimate wordpress plugins install in wordpress but if your website hosted in another server
    then follow the steps

    1) Open control panel
    2) Goto Filer Server ( Related words )
Here you can see all your website detail files and folders
    3) Here one button display like "Browse" or something related to name
    4) Click and one window open and in this window add your file

In this way your sitemap file uploaded in live server.

    Thanks,

Hi firstly you need to contact with your hosting company as you have a hosting account you should have the FTP access.
