how to upload logo to my wordpress ?

    can anyone help me with my new wordpress site

    I want to upload a logo for it and get rid of that text ..can anyone guide me please ?

    Go to header.php an search for logo or the text that is appearing currently. replace it with some image.

    I dont find anything there .i would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this ........I need this to be done very fast Please help

    in wordpress admin select editor in the appearance menu - find the header.php and replace the text "Search engine Optimisation Tips" with your image.

    This is not the right section for this post dude..
    you may be warmed by admin.

    but for his you can edit your header.php file and replace that text with the image logo
    upload the logo using ftp in the image folder.
