Buy a domain. Buy some hosting, then configure your domain to direct to your host's DNS. Upload Wordpress to your hosting account via FTP. Read the readme.txt that came with WP. I tried. But I already know that I've failed.
you have 2 choices 1) use blogger.com and redirect that to your web address 2) install wordpress on your hosting (needs php & mysql)

1- get a hosting account. 2- get a domain 3- create a folder for your blog(probably in a directory-public_html) 4- point the domain to the folder of the hosting account(ie. public_html/myblog). 5- upload the blog script to the folder. 6- set up a mysql database for that blog. 7- view the domain through the browser and follow the installation steps.
buy domain and host extract ur blogging platform CMS and run. folder name : public_html or www or httpdocs depends which cp u have. mysql db: cpanel > mysql > create new database > set options and all priviliges there. run setup and add content.
