How to upload a wordpress backup on to a site?

    My site went down a while ago now, i just need to know how to upload my backup file back onto the site, is it on the dashboard in wordpress or on cpanel or something?

    You can upload your wp files through any ftp client and upload your db file through phpmyadmin.

    First of All what Kind of Backup Do You Have?? Complete CPanel Backup??

    OR if you have Wp files and Wp Posts Backup exported from WP,

    Then use FTP to transfer the Uploads Folder and Import using the Exported File..!

    Or if you have a DB, simply go to PHPmyadmin and import the SQL file..!
