How to upload a paypal logo?

    I've been looking everywhere for a place to upload it and there is nothing.

    I went there but there is no check out manager option

    You need to have a business account to place your own logo on the checkout page. If you're selling services, you should probably have a paypal business account anyway. You can always do business in your own name as well.
