How to upgrade to J 1.6 from J1.5.23?

    Hello friends,
    I have a website built in Joomla 1.5 & currently is has its latest version 1.5.23.
    But now I want to upgrade to J 1.6 & I am not finding suitable methods to upgrade it.
    I would also like to know whether upgrading will create problems to my existing site.

    don t forget to backup and verify if a 1.6 and 1.7 version of your website exists !
