How to update mistakenly-entered PAN Card number in PayPal ?

    You must contact them directly via phone. Emailing paypal does not help.

    Its very strict now brother and yes Paypal manually verifying PAN numbers now...

    They limited my newly created BUSINESS account which i verified with my debit card ... It says PAN VERIFICATION IN PROGRESS
