I know pdf can be protected in this two ways ,one is protected by password for opening ;the other is pdf restriction including restricted even when the document is decrypted: printing; copying text and graphics out of the document; modifying the document; and adding or modifying text notes and AcroForm fields (using 'owner' password).You can use password remover to remover all of them.My sister always said if i want to remove pdf password,advanced pdf password remover 5.0 at is quite good.
You can always open the PDF in Photoshop then save it as a PDF file and then merge each individual PDF file into one PDF again...That is what I do.
