Wow this is exactly what I was looking for because for some reason my tweet adder won't unfollow anymore when I try to do it manually through them

 

"tweepi" is one of the best twitter following flusher. can use it..

 

You can use "tweepi" and "justunfollow" to unfollow inactive members. I tried both and work good.

 

Twitter has shut down about every good program for unfollowing/following people quickly.

But, I did find one a while back that still works well. Google Manageflitter.

Now, Twitter allows you to unfollow about 1000 people a day. So it took me about 18 days to unfollow about 18k people.

I would also suggest that you get an addon to check all boxes on any given page, so you don't have to manual click them all. I use Checkfox.

and once you got manageflitter (its free by the way)

just highlight those you want to unfollow and press unfollow its pretty easy to do

I believe Chris Brogan contacted Twitter to ask to unfollow everyone on his account, check out his 'twitter unfollow experiment'.

Granted, he does have a gazllion followers and big Reputation, but if you ask them nicely enough and it is only a one time thing & if your account isn't spammy, then they may help you out.

Or they may just say no, worth a try though!

 

I think it is possible. Because last day i unfollow all the following on my twitter account except 4 important person. So you can unfollow all your following at a time.

You only can remove all the following one by one manually with browser. But try to use Tweet Following, it can remove all the unfollowing friends at once for your accounts.

 

Some third party can do the job.

You can do it definitely. But Twitter has a limit (arbitrary if you ask me) and you may be flagged with follow churn. Just do it in moderation and you should be fine.
