How to understand if a site is banned or not?

    Is there a definite way to understand if a site is banned from Google other then contacting Google itself ?

    search in google.com if you dont find your site in google..
    its mean google is banned:(

    it could be that its not indexed YET?! I think contacting google is your best bet!
