How to underline the text

    Hello,how can I underline the text in wordpress theme..the problem is the theme I am using do not give access to edit the css..now that to do..I want to change color the anchor text and underline it ????

    Select the text you want to underline.
    On the format menu click font then click on the font tab.
    In the underline style box, click the underline.
