How to Unblock IP from QQ

    I have this IP that is blocked by QQ, tried all ways but do not know who to contact in QQ. Anyone having similar experiences and would like to share?

    Yeap the qq.com, haven't had much luck contacting them. Any reason why they will block an IP in the first place?
