I have had a couple of sites banned for a minor breach of TOS in my template make up, they emailed me apparently giving me 7 days to correct it, trouble is, i didnt get the email all i got was a sudden drop in income and no explanation. I have tried to get these sites freed up having fixed the minor issue, no joy, they are not interested, so i simply purchased a couple of new domains and started over, a real pain but its the only option i was left with.
I think that will be forever my friend. But the best way to know about it is to ask directly to them.
