Surprised to see nobody mention rsync.

I use Rsync to pull in files from another server/location and SCP to push files out to another server/location.

can you teach me some command for push files out to another server?

    I did
    # rsync -avz -e ssh /home username@host.com:serverfolder
    Code (markup):
is it correct command? But I got an error saying :
rsync: Failed to exec ssh/home: No such file or directory (2)
rsync error: error in IPC code (code 14) at pipe.c(83)

    Code (markup):
I would like to backup all files in home folder... but it saying no files?
