    What names and locaton of folders/ files to transfer?
    Any tutorial?

    You should go to PHPmyAdmin and back up your WP database, then go download ALL the files in your WP folder, upload them to the new host, then restore the backed up database

    You can also do this from shell commands. But that needs a lil experience first and you can shift your whole blog in 2 mints.
