Which cPanel are you not able to access - the new company one or the old one? Have you already pointed your domain to the new company nameservers? What exactly is the warning message you are getting? If it is just a Certificate Trust Error, might be just the browser and you can just disregard the message, accept the new certificate and be done with it. Now if it is a different kind of issue its best to turn to your host with the error and ask them what is going on, they best know what server you're on and what the issue and solution might be.

Chrome: click on the "Proceed anyway" button
IE: click on the "Continue to this website (not recommended)" link
Firefox: click on "I understand the risk", then click on "Add exception"

...and you will be able to log in (provided you have the right log in info). I assume you switched to a VPS hosting which will give you the SSL error thing. It's nothing to be concerned about.

    1. Please backup your entire website account from old server through cPanel.
    2. Upload backup to new server in public_html folder.
    3. Request your webhost to restore the backup.
    4. Change the IP address of your domain at your registrar end.
    That's it

Change the DNS record of domain at registrar end. And wait for propogation - around 48 hours or so ..
