Most important, you have to be registered and a verified member on webmoney. Then you will have to submit your personal documents as well as your bank details. The admins of the webmoney will go through your personal details like passport and other documents and then will dispatch the money as the terms mentioned in their site. Basically its a lengthly process, I think, thatz why I just prefer paypal as it directly comes to my CMB. The only issue I have with paypal is they charge $35 for every transaction and take 5 days to get the money in my bank.
