there are two possibilities, transfer the page to the Sellers Hosting or just change the data at your hoster and give him the password (I would go for the frist option)

Well, if you have to give your complete hosting then you need to give him your username and password.
Otherwise if you are having a reseller account in host then you can make a new account for him.

The easiest way is giving the login info to the buyer.
But beware that don't let the user access to your other site files and database coz its too risky.

Or you can hire a people to do it for you.

Get a resellers acct. If you are planning on selling many websites this will make your life easy!!! You can create a new user acct for them, and give them a few months free. Then after that you can charge them a few $$$ a month, helps pay for your hosting!

The process varies from host to host and there's no 'official' way. I would contact your hosting company to have them change the billing info to your clients' and then just give him/her the username and password.

Your host should be able to answer the question for you. Each one is different!

Download your files to your computer via FTP or file manager on your host. If your site has a database you should also import it from phpmyadmin to your computer. Then email your files and databases to the buyer. If you and the buyer don't know how to install the site, the buyer's hosting company can help.
