Hello, I had created a page [private discussion group] for Autism Parent Support but now wish to turn it over to another member of the group as I am moving on to another project. I want the member to have full control so my FB account will not be affiliated with it in any way so no notifs will come to me for any reason. How can I transfer that page entirely to another person please? Thanks
Thanks, I had thought of that but on the page in question I am not seeing an option to add/remove anyone as Admin. I am guessin Admin options are only available in someone's original account page?
https://www.facebook.com/PAGE_NAME/settings/?tab=admin_roles Code (markup): Replace PAGE_NAME with the name of your page.
Sorry I am not understanding your instructions. This is the private discussion group page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/274222852997471/edit/ Can you advise me on this now please?
My bad. I somehow skipped the part in square brackets - it is a group, not a page, which .. might change things. Haven't really worked with groups in the past. https://www.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=10201075959808393 https://www.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=10151549833526963 https://www.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=1482416638748066 should give you some hints.
Oh so my fault, I should have inquired about a "group" then, now I know so you did help me in some way, thanks!
I found out how, was so simple maybe that's why. I selected the member, there's a gear next to the pic with option to make admin then on my own pic option to leave group, that was it. I appreciate your help though, thanks!
