How to transfer or move my old self-hosted wordpress subscribers to new self-hosted wordpress site?

    Hi,

    I am in a deep dilemma.I had a self-hosted site.I though to give it a new look and shifted to new WP site.

    How can I move my subscribers from old to new WP site?

    If they are subscribed to your old RSS channel (and the old website didn't happen to use a caching third-party service like FeedBurner), there is no other way than to keep the old feed alive and tell your subscribers to subscribe to your new feed.

    If you just want to give it a new look then why do't you just change the theme manually ? So, you can keep subscribers, other users and posts.
