how to transfer my hosting

I have sold my site to one . I need to transfer the site to him .
but i dont know how to transfer my site .. Can you tell me how to transfer the site ,,?

You haven't mentioned what kind of site it is.

Basically download a backup of the site files (through cPanel or FTP) and a backup of the database (if there is any) and send them to your buyer.

 

Backup and send that file to him. Or you could sell you host

Normally the transfering job is easy.
You can ask the hosting provider to transfer the file on your behalf.
And the fee is free of charge.

 

I host the site in hostgator. I did host multiple domains in a single account . Does it affect other domains?

 

Since you have multiple domains just backup all of the files for the domain that has your wordpress blog that your selling along with a backup of your wordpress database for the blog. That's all that you need to give to the buyer.
