Western Union is your only hope here I think. I know they're worldwide. Maybe E-Gold?

ask him what are the payment processers working in his place. Also you can ask him to pay by credit card to your paypal account!

I guess it would cost him a fortune to do bank transfer. Especially to India. You may want to ask him to check on the fees first. For bank transfer just ask him to go to the Tunisian bank and initiate the transfer. You will need to give him your account number and Swift code as well as particulars of your bank.

westernunion must be there but only for recieving , the better choice would be that he can pay Thru E-gold as heard Africa has lots of E-gold exchanger as well as LR now a days.

Eddy is truly the expert here with regards to Pay Pal, had benefited tremenously from reading your posts, appreciate that a lot.

For the OP you may want to be very careful dealing with such clients, if he is so dishonest about such details, I doubt he would be keen on paying and even if he paid, I guess it will be quite a tough job chasing the debts.

This does not make sense. If Paypal supports them, they would have done all the necessary research to determine the banking system in that country. If Tunisia does not issue international credit cards then the country must be extremely backward as no one can travel because travelling with loads of money is not a good way of travelling. Besides if they did not issue international credit cards, paypal would probably not accept the country.

A Simple check at Arab Tunisian Bank http://www.atb.com.tn/atb/site/viewarticle.jsp?id=1306 shows that they offer both International and national versions of their VISA and Mastercards.

That could spell trouble down the line.
What if this other person claims unauthorized use of their account?
