How to transfer money from paypal to skrill?

Hi! I want to transfer $50 from my paypal to skrill or neteller today. I'm even willing to pay a fee, but i can't find any good websites who provide this service.
I can't withdraw the funds from paypal and then upload to skrill, because I want it today.

Do you have any suggestions?

i visited this site 3days ago and i heard the qexcharger.com here on the forum. i tried to sell my skrill funds to buy paypal funds on qexchanger.com but unfortunately i did not receive any paypal funds.i sent too many emails on the website informing them about my transaction. they putted on the their website that they dont normally delayed.but after 6hours of waiting no money on my paypal account was uploaded and no replies on my emails.so i just decided to filed a dispute case on skrill hoping that i can still get my $196 back.

 

U cant dispute skrill money. u may contact credit card issuer for chargeback but if its just skrill fund, u cant dispute
