    No. You can't transfer money from your paypal account to your moneybookers account though you can withdraw funds from your paypal account using bank withdrawal option and then upload that funds to your moneybookers account.

    why is that hard its lake of coordination between both
    i think it will be great to have exchange between both so easily paying process
    like hotmail and yahoo coordination in messenger
    its benefit for both

    First,sell your paypal dollars.and then buy some moneybookers dollars.
    Or exchange paypal to moneybookers with a exchager.

    no , you can't transfaire money from paypal to moneybookers , but there some risky method .
    find a paerson and an exchange , send him paypal and after that he send to you M.B , but you must find an honest person , it's so difficulte , and it's possible to be scammed .
    - put your paypal in a website of games like play89 after that request a payement via M.B , I have never tryed that but I think it will work .

    i know now its very hard to do direct transfer but the only way is through some body have paypal or MB but its too risky. thanks alot

    you can not legally exchange paypal to moneybookers, exchanges are against the TOS of paypal

    Not really possible. Just transfer the funds to your bank account and then send it back to your moneybookers account.

    It is noit possible legally to transfer money from paypal to moneybooker you should withdraw money from moneybookers and then from your cc you can dd balance to paypal

    You can not directly transfer paypal $ to monybookers. Some alternatives:
    1. Transfer PP to your credit card then use that credit card to deposit funds on your mb
    2. Exchange your PP $ with someone's MB $, some one whom you can trust
    3. There are some sites where you can sell your pp$ and can receive your mb$
