Well you need to connect your paypal and moneybookers to the same bank account.
    Paypal>bank account>moneybookers.
I guess it should work that way.
I don't think that there are other ways.

yes 3rd party exchange can really help u on it but they might have fees to do it
you can also try a money exchanger forum but hard to trust on anyone
    thanks

because you cant exchange PP > MB directly with going through a
    third party exchange.

Using your own bank account as the exchanger cuts out
the need to use a middle man = exchanger

neither paypal or mb allow currency exchanges and if they find out they'll freeze your account.

    just a friendly warning.

yes it is real. i tried to found that solution too but no any exchanger is real and of of them are scam and rip or even u met the site it is still in scam matter.

but i have resolution for you
, it is bit hard work
first, change your paypal to libertyreservec.com through this exchangezone.com
after you got your payment in lr then you need to echange your money through EZ to moneybooker
that's it and the problem is you need to very your EZ account first after then you will be easy for life.
